1. Why does my child need a Mock Exam?
   
   
   • Experience the format of 11+ entrance examinations  
   • Practise under timed conditions
   • Overcome exam pressure and fear
   • Identify strengths and weaknesses
     
     
2. How many Mock Exams does my child need?
   
   We advise you to choose the appropriate Mock Exam based on the schools your child is targeting. From the results of the first Mock Exam, you can choose to book a second Mock Exam at a later stage after identifying and rectifying the weakness from the first one. 
   
   
3. When do I get my results?
   
   The results will be made available via the eMock online platform within two to three days.
   
   
4. Why do you charge admin charges?
   
   We add £10 admin charges to all our discounted mock exams. If a full price is applied for a mock exam, then there will be no admin charges applied. 
   
   
5. Can I cancel or amend my booking?
   
   Yes. You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the start date of the Mock Exam. Admin charges are non-refundable. The exam price will be refunded. If you would like to amend your booking, you can do this up to 7 days before the start date. 
   
   
6. What do we get in the results?
   
   
   • Raw score and Standardised score  
   • Ranking and Comparisons
   • Report by Subject and Topic
   • Solutions to Incorrect and Unattended questions 
     
     
7. Do you provide breaks in between exams?
   
   Yes, we will provide 15 minute breaks in between the exam papers.
